Is there a minimum number of people required for on-site group training?

Yes, the minimum is 6 people, if your needs differ, reach out and we will be happy to work with you. 

How much are your classes?

When will students receive their certification cards?

We issue certification cards the same day of the class.

Do you teach ACLS or PALS?

No, sorry we do not teach the ACLS or PALS course.

do you give refunds for those that can not make it to class?

We do not issue refunds for those who do not attend. However, we can change the roster to accommodate others or schedule another day/time for those who can not attend the original class.

Can you offer more than one class per day?

Yes! We can offer up to 3 classes per day. Also, if needed divide the class into different days!

will First Start CPR teach classes with 2-5 participants?

Yes we will! Unfortunately, no group discounts will be given for less than 9 in a group. *Must be with in 30 miles of Saginaw, Michigan to qualify for discounts.
